Alex Aabedi is a second-year medical student at the UCSF School of Medicine and founder and president of CurveSetter and 36Prep. His experience in curriculum design for undergraduate and graduate test-prep is far reaching, taking hold after his sophomore year at UCLA and leading to the development of one of the fastest-growing MCAT prep companies in the world. Alex graduated from UCLA at the top of his class in 2017, finishing with a 4.0 cumulative GPA and a degree in neuroscience. During undergrad, Alex began his medical school application cycle after achieving a 524 (100th percentile) on the MCAT and received admissions offers from top programs including NYU, Duke, WashU, UCLA, UChicago, etc. He runs CurveSetter with the vision of offering some of the highest quality test prep resources at a fraction of the industry standard.
